The dairy was founded in 1993 with main activity milk processing. At the outset it produces traditional Bulgarian dairy products, and later, after qualifying technologists in Switzerland it started producing Swiss and Dutch cheeses. Extremely competitive advantage in the industry is that the dairy is located in an ecologically clean area, and hygiene and technology standards are now at European level. It provides the Bulgarian market with traditional Bulgarian products and a wide range of European cheeses. Another goal at the dairy outset is the development of alternative tourism and providing visitors the opportunity to observe the production process in the enterprise, as is the practice in Alpine dairies. The Milk House complex, established adjacently to the dairy, offers all the conveniences and comfort, dairy specialties and surprises. Major distributors in Sofia, Plovdiv and Varna are large supermarkets, wholesale stores and specialty shops.
